These little gems are a little-known favorite.  They are quick to thaw, quick to cook, tenderized, hold seasoning well, morsels of ham goodness.  Perfect for that "Oh no!! We forgot to thaw something out!!" emergency.  Well portioned for the air fryer with your favorite season-salt and pepper.
